Applied a community patch to fix a projectile collision bug where projectiles get caught on invisible boundaries while standing on ramps.

In short, that /////////////////////// bug is fixed
Weapons can be picked up without any waiting period, but special weapons (The BFG / Quad Launcher) still have a cool down between respawning
Unless otherwise overwritten by a map's config, you now spawn with the shotgun and dynamite in addition to the pistol and the crowbar
Custom join messages have been ported, other effects do not work at this time
Donator sprites have been disabled as there is no humiliation round anyway
Take two! MVM maps should no longer repeat when a mission is finished. The new sequence for map to map is randomized when new missions / maps are added and based on specific missions rather than alphabetical order.
The server's view distance was lowered from 10 to 4 in order to try and combat lag caused by earlier MC updates. It has been reset back to 10 for now unless it causes issues again.
To prevent weapon conflicts in things like Prophunt, Dodgeball, MvM, etc.
Voting for bots to join small games on chocolate will now bring in two special bots ... the good boys!
Chocolate and rainbow have a don't change option on the RTV list which is a little counter productive
The FOV plugin has been modified to not adjust custom FOV settings on clients in third person where applicable (Dodgeball, Prophunt, etc)
The method used to generate ragdolls is now more efficient than before
The donator plugin's menu now has support for all donator features, opening the menu provides access to the Kill Effects, Rainbowize, and a special thank you message!
Clientprefs are like cookies for certain server settings, instead of having to adjust certain settings per server, they're now universal
Previously, the chat join message feature needed to be set per client, per server, and then each client would need to set that message per server. This was a pain for everyone involved. Now, the chat join message has been incorporated similarly to the normal donator text.
Only seemed to affect Rainbow and only for a few weeks around a month ago
No more shrunken heads, stumpy bodies, etc~
When you enter a message in text chat, a typing bubble will appear over your head and will remain for a moment or until you start moving. You can also start by opening text chat, pressing space then enter, to start the typing event without having to send a message!
Gravy has been replaced with a new plugin called Graves. With Graves, when you die your items will be place in a chest and the location of it will be told to you.
You are required to build and carry with you a respawn token in order for a grave to be created, otherwise your items will drop as they would normally.
You have 3 hours to find it before it vanishes!

Found the actual issue why it was breaking and properly fixed it
Due to the way the Vaccinator was changed in the 2015 update, the Über Duration upgrade in MVM does nothing to the actual duration of the Über.
This is now fixed using a server side mod. Each upgrade now adds an additional 0.5 seconds per level, applied to each individual Über charge for total up to 6 additional seconds per full Über meter. And up to 4.5 seconds to each individual resistance given, from the original 3 seconds.
Big thanks to Shylo for pointing this out to me, as I had absolutely no idea!
A suggestion from YK, demomen can now use their crit canteens in MVM setup to set traps. They will not be killed to avoid spending their canteens.
Max claim blocks has been raised from 4,000 to 40,000
Claim blocks accrued per hour has been raised from 100 to 400
Creeper explosions, TNT explosions, and piston use have been enabled on the over world outside of protected areas. This was changed a while back, but not officially documented.
A leftover file from before the July 10th, 2013 patch that changed mvm_coaltown_event to mvm_ghost_town. May have been accidentally replaced during a server transfer
Previously, Strawberry and FLF did not restart in the morning like the other servers did. All servers restart at 8:00 AM Central Time (Local Server Time)
-As a ghost, you can now call for medic to be teleported near a random living player.
The store now supports being able to purchase weapons like the Saxxy, the Golden Wrench, and more! Compared to the original, these are no longer single use items. You can use them any time!

Replacing custom votes on Chocolate and Rainbow, the custom bot voter is able to check ahead of time if the current map even supports bots, as well as if there are enough player slots open for bot spawns before triggering a server vote.
Poe will report on this server having an active game going, when a game is running, he will also report map votes!
Credits were carried over; purchases, sadly, were not. This new store interface is far more optimized and features a ton of custom configuration options!

This plugin is designed to toggle the cvar "mp_match_end_at_timelimit" if a team captures the control point on KOTH.
Previously, KOTH maps would end at the time limit no matter what; this was set in place because people who would choose not to cap would wind up holding the server hostage on a particular map. The downside is that if a game began close to the "end" of the round, there would be no point in capping because the round would end regardless. This is now solved by turning this cvar OFF if the point is captured, and turning it back on during a new round.

MVM now has a custom difficulty plugin that scales up the difficulty for games over 6 players. It also makes things softer for smaller games under 5 players.
