Rewrote and fixed the /cantseeall command for Randomizer
Rainbow Feature addition Randomizer
The command, /cantseeall, will automatically set any and all weapons you use in Randomizer to be transparent. The command is a toggle and you'll be notified upon using it what you have set it to!

This addition is now permanent, regardless if we quickly update Randomizer, and fixes an earlier bug where weapons sometimes wouldn't be transparent.
